Not sure if you have looked at the chart or watched trading in this but right now BRTV is a BUY imo. At .031 it has little to no downside and could give gains into the 500% range very quickly.
This is one to watch and keep on the RADAR folks!!

seems to be fairly stable here,but res. is slightly lower..
has been on a slide for the last 18 months or so
500% gain would mean .15 - .16 ? correct?
