REGRF (Reg Technolgies) owns 6.8 million shares of RGUS (Regi US).

Reg owns the worldwide rights to the RandCam/RadMax engine technology, Regi US the US rights.

RGUS closed above 2.25 a share. At 2.25 a share, the ownership in RGUS is worth 67 cents a share to REGRF.. REGRF closed at 67 cents on Friday!

RGUS has seen a huge bump in share price thanks mostly to influential stock picker Jeff Siegal, of Greenchip Stocks. He's still pumping the stock, so good news could send that share price through the roof! The market is bound to realize REGRF is a steal.

Oh well, i'm in it sink or swim...merely a buying opportunity for some. Consolidation won't be a bad thing. :0)
