The chart looks real good with the RSI bumping of 50, and the STO% just coming out of the oversold .

I think this will have a nice run with some news as well!

BUSH: Advanced Energy Initiative is focused on three promising ways to reduce gasoline consumption. One is increasing the use of ethanol. Another is improving hybrid vehicles. And finally, one is developing hydrogen technology.

All three go hand in hand. All three are an important part of the strategy to help us diversify away from hydrocarbons.

...one other opportunity that is more long run than ethanol or biodiesel or plug-in hybrid vehicles or encouraging people to buy the hybrids that are on the market today is hydrogen.

We're spending about $1.2 billion over five years to research the use of hydrogen to power vehicles.

BUSH: And it makes a lot of sense when you think about it because hydrogen produces zero emissions. The only emission it produces is water.

And when I was out there in California, I visited the California Fuel Cell Partnership and saw buses and cars and SUVs that are driving on the highways out there powered by hydrogen.

And the research and development money that we have spent has lowered the cost of hydrogen fuel cells. It's helped to make them lighter.

In other words, there's an industry coming and it's an industry that will enable the consumers to drive to work, just like we're doing today, but not rely on foreign sources of oil.

What I'm describing to you today is a strategy that recognizes the realities of the world in which we live. Our dependency on oil has created economic security issues for us and national security issues for us. And therefore this country must use our brain power and entrepreneurial spirit to diversify away from the hydrocarbon economy.

You all have known this a lot longer than most Americans. You've known that we needed to have this strategy. And that's why you're on the forefront of incredible changes that are taking place in this country.

You know, there's no doubt in my mind that one of these days, instead of people driving up to a gas station they're going to be going up to a fueling station. And they'll be able to have choices to choose from. You've got a hydrogen-powered car, you'll be able to have that choice. If you want 85 percent, maybe someday 100 percent, ethanol, that'll be an option available, too.

We owe it to the American people to be aggressive on price gouging now. We owe it to the American people to be promoting alternative ways to drive their cars so as to make us less dependent on foreign sources of oil. We owe it to the American people to be aggressive in the use of technology so we can diversify away from the hydrocarbon society.

And that's precisely what we're doing. And I'm glad to stand with you.

I appreciate your work for the United States of America. Thank you for letting me come by and talk to you. And may God bless you.

Report on conversations with NNLX principals, Mitch Felder and David McClelland...

Earlier DD: http://www.thelion.com/bin/forum.cgi?tf=wall_street_pit&msg=915323&cmd=read

Caution: This is the gist of phone conversations to the best of my recollection, so bear in mind that it may well be inaccurate...

Most economists and scientists agree that Hydrogen will progressively replace Oil in the economy of the future: unfortunately, it currently costs around $7.00 to produce the Hydrogen equivalent to one gallon of gasoline.

However, it appears that the only technology currently capable of making Hydrogen production competitive with the cost of today's Oil is the use of Bacteria feeding on waste Biomass and Heat and NNLX is the leader in this field. Its first Hydrogen Bioreactor Facility at Welch's already produces a Biogas that is some 80% Hydrogen, the rest being CO2, which is easly removed. The bacterial reaction is self propagating, as the number of Bacterias doubles every 24 minutes. Apparently, in the field of inexpensive Hydrogen production, NNLX is the only company with a commercially available product, ready to accept purchase orders as early as June 2006...

1) Patents: Out of a total of 11 Patents in existence worldwide covering the production of Hydrogen using the Clostridia bacteria, NNLX owns 5 and has another 22 provisional Patents filed covering unique system know-how and features...

2) There are already a number of major players interested, such as BP and Northern Power...

3) Bulletin Board application: the Audit will be completed at the end of March and it's anticipated that the stock should trade there by June 2006...

NanoLogix Announces the Successful Conversion of Welch's Waste Stream into Usable Hydrogen
Wednesday May 10, 9:10 am ET

SHARON, Pa., May 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NanoLogix, Inc. (Pink Sheets: NNLX - News) announced today that hydrogen has been generated at its first commercial scaled-up hydrogen bioreactor facility at a Welch Food's plant in North East, Pennsylvania. The company previously announced the construction of the facility and its intent to begin hydrogen generation from Welch's waste organic matter.

The dependence upon fossil fuels is drawing to a close with the achievement of alternative fuel from waste streams from manufacturing facilities worldwide.

The technology behind the hydrogen bioreactor, developed and proprietary to NanoLogix, is intended to enable manufacturing facilities to convert their waste stream into hydrogen. The alternative energy source then can be converted, on-site, to electricity, thus contributing immediately to the manufacturing facilities bottom line.

David F. Rivers, a director of NanoLogix, CEO of Patriot Lift Company (http://www.patriotlift.com) and who spent more than 30 years with Pfizer's Schick & Wilkinson Sword business unit and General Motors' Fisher Body Division in Senior Research, Development and Engineering operations, commented that, "The generation of hydrogen demonstrates NanoLogix's capability to convert its prolific intellectual property portfolio into needed technologies."

David C. McClelland, President of NanoLogix, commented, "The success NanoLogix has had in converting the waste stream at Welch's into hydrogen is indicative of the extremely exciting possibilities for continuous generation of hydrogen in the future."

Professor Rick Diz of Gannon University, the lead scientist in the project and consultant to NanoLogix stated, "I am pleased to confirm the bioreactor at Welch's is producing hydrogen. Gas chromatography confirmed hydrogen and no methane."
