I spoke with Mr Amyot directly over the Phone and he said for the new ticker to reflect the oil instead of the bio tracking co and the 1-12 r/s to take effect, they are simply waiting for the State of Florida on their articles of incorporation.....once they come in, it only take nasdaq 24 hrs to make the change.....so it could take florida a couple more weeks or it could happen any day now......buy long and hold....this will be a 10 bagger by next year this time IMO....
