RG America Announces 2nd Quarter Profit
Wednesday September 7, 8:00 am ET

DALLAS, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 7, 2005 -- RG America, Inc. ("RGA") (OTC BB:RGMI.OB - News) announces another profitable quarter since going public through a reverse merger in 2003. "Last quarter was the third quarter in a row for positive cash-flow as we continue to execute on our solid business model," J.E. (Ted) Rea, CEO of RGA, said. Revenues were up approximately 264% over the same period last year, while the company decreased its operating expenses over the same period. The strong revenues were primarily from restoration/remediation and construction work in the Florida Panhandle in the wake of Hurricane Ivan, which occurred this time last year.

"Currently, we are concentrating our efforts on clients in the southern states after the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina. We have our crews diligently working to stabilize and restore our clients' buildings throughout the easternmost portion of the wake caused by Hurricane Katrina. In some cases our crews have worked around the clock battling floods, power outages, blockades and natural perils such as snakes and debris to reach our clients in trouble. It's times like these that really allow our company to show our true determination and I am very proud of our employees and the personal sacrifices they are making to get the job done," continued J.E. (Ted) Rea, CEO of RGA.

RG America's Disaster Teams Mobilize in Response to Hurricane Rita
9/22/05

DALLAS, TX, Sep 22, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) --
(OTC BB: RGMI), RG America, Inc., (RG) a Dallas based Disaster Restoration Contractor, is doing more than just keeping a watchful eye as hurricane Rita moves towards the Texas coast. RG is gearing up. Rita is the third most intense Atlantic basin hurricane ever recorded. RG knows a lot about the damage a hurricane causes. RG's restoration division, The Restoration Group, has been in Florida since last year repairing damaged caused by Hurricanes Ivan and Dennis. It has also obtained new contracts for, and is beginning work on, more than $10 million of restoration work in Mississippi and Louisiana resulting from damage caused by Hurricane Katrina just three weeks ago.

The Restoration Group has completed major projects in and around the Houston area over the past several years including complete restoration and clean up after Tropical Storm Allison. "We have built up a strong clientele of multi-family housing and commercial building owners and managers in the area expected to be in the path of this latest storm," commented RG America CEO, J.E.(Ted) Rea. "In order to be as responsive as possible we are dispatching experienced loss management teams to be pre-positioned as close to the Texas coast area as we can get. We are gearing up in advance of the storm because we know that reacting quickly after the storm passes can help lessen the consequences of wind and water damage so people can return to their homes earlier and business can get back up and running faster. Our customers have come to expect nothing less from us," add Mr. Rea.
