They have expanded into human resources outsourcing, which does look much better. On the 14th they also had some PR saying they are going nationwide with it, I love hearing that.
Dying to see where this one goes in the next few months.

I did check the history and they alread RS'd back in June. They have expanded operations since and hopefully things will start to rev up for them, if not hey it's one way to learn my lesson:-)
As always I value your input grandma007, in no way is this meant to be argumentative as you seem to be dead on most the time, this is just one of my speculative plays.

PACEL Corp. Announces Double Digit Growth for Projected Revenue in 4th Quarter 10/5/2005 12:49:20 PM
CHARLOTTE, N.C., Oct 05, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- PACEL Corp. (PCCR) -- PACEL announces today that projected 4th quarter revenues would exceed expectations due largely in part to cost cutting and the business development efforts the company has under taken. This restructuring will improve the company's bottom line by an estimated $400,000 per year while allowing management to focus on developing the specialized programs for the medical and elder care industries. This restructuring also allows PACEL to develop new sources of revenue from the sale of employee benefits that was previously unavailable.
PACEL has negotiated a contract to provide support to another professional employer organization which operates in areas not served by PACEL. PACEL anticipates this business will increase revenue by approximately 12% by the end of the 4th quarter.
"Management continues to make significant improvements in the company's financial health. The cost-cutting initiatives and the aggressive new business development campaign that have been undertaken in the last quarter are a direct result of the double digit revenue growth that we will be experiencing in the 4th quarter," stated Gary Musselman, President of PACEL Corp.
PACEL continues its strategy of penetrating the Human Resource Outsourcing marketplace in an aggressive manner. Management believes that continuing to aggressively pursue small to mid-sized businesses, providing Human Resource (HR) related services in the areas of payroll, benefits administration and risk and safety management, will provide significant and steady revenue to the company.
"Our focus has been to deliver our services at the highest possible quality while reducing our internal costs. Investments in improved systems and management practices are beginning to have a positive impact on our financial statements," stated Gary Musselman, President of PACEL Corp. "Our belief is these trends will continue."

Jimbo, let me warn you also. I was into PACEL when it was PCCL. I think I owned 1 1/2% of the outstanding shares for 3 days. I made a profit but I was lucky. Gary has restructured his debt so many times that PACEL is the laughing stock of those that have been here and have the tee shirt. You could make money with PACEL if you supplied them with blank stock certificates. Sorry, but Grandma is right.

So far so good, it has really been working for me, Buy at .0001 and sell at .0002 four times now and am up over 400% that isn't bad at all. Not a quick sale, normally takes a day or two but heck this has been working rather well for me. I could care less about the company, most these pink sheets and OTC are full of crap anyway. Thanks for the heads up though...

Do we have a pulse showing? I know you all been doin research etc. Sorry I don't post so much. I found a site *************.com. It shows how to read charts for those that don't know how. Also how the charts show a buy sell etc. Again for those of you that don't know. I'm sure some of you already know it. Just figured it might help some. This company has no idea how to control there money flow do they? Hopefully it will rise enough to make something off of it since I got in at these levels.
