MRKL, home security stock is on a 3 month low. This looks likea great bounce play.
Someone posted that there was a ton of insider sell off, but maybe it was sold off becasue the CEO saw it was dropping and wanted to buy back in later when it bottomed???
Any opinions???

What would you do if you were the CFO and saw your stock dropping....would'nt you sell to buy back at the bottom????? CFO's need to make money too.
The links you posted still trying can;t give the answers. Insider selling is not always bad. This company has done 60 million worth of biz....do your own DD

Are you saying the links don't work?? Try Cut and paste. The SEC Doc is worth a read.

I definitely would not buy in right now. I see no indication on the chart that an uptrend is imminent. However the RSI has dropped down to .28 so trader interest could pick up in a few days. I would wait to see some candlestick confirmation of a trend change before making any move. Selloff still occuring and BB width showing high volatility. No sign of reversal yet. Just wait for reversal to start before jumping in. Just my .02$.

U.S. Army`s Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate Awards EOIR Inc. $3.3 Million in New Contracts

September 22, 2005 08:00:10 (ET)

BOSTON, Sep 22, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Markland Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB:MRKL.OB) and Technest Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB:TCNH.OB), defense and homeland security companies transforming advanced laboratory technology into real-world products, announced today that the U.S. Army's Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate (NVESD) has awarded subsidiary EOIR Technologies Inc. new orders for technology products and services totaling $3.3 million.

The Army's NVESD research and development group is one of the U.S. military's most advanced technological leaders. EOIR Technologies Inc. is working on a range of next-generation technology solutions for the NVESD, including night vision and advanced sensor applications, disposable sensors and other threat-detection systems.

The $3.3 million in new orders come under an NVESD omnibus contract. The omnibus contract Option Year Four was awarded on July 15, 2005. Since that date EOIR Technologies Inc. omnibus contract awards have totaled $13.5 million. As of August 31, 2005 EOIR Technologies Inc. had funded backlog of $50.6M.

The ongoing Omnibus contract may provide a maximum ceiling amount of up to $80 million in fiscal year revenues. Many of the products and services being delivered on this contract utilize next-generation electro-optic and infrared sensor technologies that are being used in direct support of U.S. military combat operations in Iraq, Afghanistan and elsewhere. The Army's NVESD has been responsible for numerous key innovations in the fields of optical electronics and thermal imaging for weapons targeting, electronic surveillance and other mission-critical military applications.
