GSLM is being 'merged' /bought out by EEGC at a 1:1 exchage.
GSLM - .25
EEGC - .75
Seems like a no brainer to me! I got in this morning and will hold til after merger :-)

that's okay, IMO its an easy double once the merger completes in a few weeks.

it hasnt givin a date yet, doesnt it still need approval by shareholders?

Still needs approval, but when I read some of the filings, it seems as if the major shareholder of GSLM is also working for EECG.
I am sure this is going to be a big winner... I've missed out on lots of big plays, but this is a sure thing IMO
