SGRP – Expanding their business ventures internationally according to their recent financial statement and news:

“In April 2004, the Company established a joint venture in South Africa. The joint venture is headquartered in Durban and is owned 51% by the Company. Also in April 2004, the Company announced the establishment of a joint venture in India and started operations during the third quarter. The joint venture is headquartered in New Delhi and is owned 51% by the Company.”

With strong expansion internationally, and recent news about Kmart buying Sears, one of SGRP’s largest clients, this could be one to watch! Insider Buying has increased to insane levels!!!! This could signify that Kmart now back from bankruptcy could be planning to increase the scope and size of SGRP’s Contract = BIG MONEY!!!

From the financial statement:
“Approximately 15% of the Company's net revenues for the nine months ended September 30, 2004, and 2003, resulted from merchandising services performed at Kmart for various customers.”
