DD == due diligence - in other words, stock research
if they're on your list bingo, they're worth checking out. ALMI i'm big into already and looking to add - just a matter of time before it goes. i can be patient, my kids don't go to college for many years yet. FRCP discussed a lot elsewhere on this board, am keeping an eye on and looking for dips.
did a quick look at AMHI - is interesting.
some good things are: low float, P/B only .77, P/S .6, some substantial debt but not crippling, heavily held by insiders. last 2 q's were about even - improving finances
the thing that makes me wonder a bit is: all of their latest PRs speak of increasing revenue, but - none mention increasing income. also, why the spike in GA costs in their last filed Q?
overall, AMHI looks interesting and i like it at first glance - added to my watch list and will investigate further.
EPYR blew up today, what caused that?! couldn't immediately find much info about the company - any good links?

btw, what are your current thoughts on IESV, bingo? i still hold a small position and am trying to add a bit more at .055, so far no luck though. a strange stock - looks promising but just can't seem to get any push going. i am having trouble getting any reasonable estimates on their expected production and projected revenues. some estimates i've seen are imho absurdly high, others seem overly paltry. just can't get a good handle on - any thoughts? i like IESV, just am not sure how big of a position i want to take in it.

Empyrean Communications Inc. Launches Website and Updates on Acquisition of Basalt Specialty Products, Inc.

Business Editors HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--EPYR-- Empyrean Communications Inc. thanks for the info, bingo.
it's definitely a case of preaching to the choir about ALMI: still have 2/3 of all stock funds there, the rest are spread out between CLSI, BSIC, CNR, IESV, and a few others.
if you look at the 6-month chart for ALMI, imho it is set up absolutely beautifully for a textbook cup and handle breakout. shouldn't be too long now, i like what i am reading on other boards about ramping up for production. it is my opinion that the short-sighted nervous nellies who sold at .16 because of a few weeks delay recently will be a'weeping and gnashing their teeth as they watch ALMI take off soon. just my opinion, and admittedly a worthless one, but - i'm sticking to it. i am betting that it will break the .25 resistance once the PR's about production and orders start coming.
