What does anyone think of this Fortis Enterprise stock?

I don't know the future but i tried some when it first got out on the e-mail list and got burned-- maybe they have gone low enough but i don't care to try it again today.

Thats tough. I think it may have an upswing soon. If they get their Letter of Intent off soon.

Fortis Enterprizes: A quick look at this company reveals its last sec filing was a 10Qsb 11/14/03 in which they note name change and an increase in common shares from 50m to 100m in attempt to raise capitol. http://finance.yahoo.com/q/sec?s=FRTE.OB Latest news for the company is completion of DD in reference to an LOI for acquisition with an unnamed privetly owned co. The completion of the preliminary due diligence will allow the parties to move towards completion of a definitive agreement. http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/040128/285841_1.html A quick chart shows the share value in steady decline, although volume is up in the last month: http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/intchart/frames/frames.asp?symb=frte&time=&freq= There appears to be no insider transactions taking place that would raise the red flag. There also appears to be nothing spectacular in the works, unless something changes, I wouldn’t predict much happening here.
