You are right..there is no grounds for dilution..this stock has begun the process of gathering support from indepnedent grocers with contracts with the IBM's and other behemoth companies...analysts I spoke with see a target of $1 by March not three as this tipster suggests..a good buy

Well gosh, USTT has fallen over ten percent
today, fell ten percent yesterday and fell
ten percent two days back.

Fell from .29 to .22 in three trading days.

Are you sure about one dollar per share
in less than twenty trading days?

What is your factual basis for no dilution?

Is it possible dilution is already taking
place with USTT having pumped this stock
up and are now dumping?

Have you previously posted as "Tipster"
by some odd chance?

You have to realize that most pennt stocks are driven by day traders who look to capitalize on 1 cent movement..I read the remarks by tipster and think that guy should better reread his facts..as for the $1 assertion...i obtained reports written by barrons and money which address the current growth in revenues and sales based on the company's alliances with various independent grocers. The articles mentioned that trial runs with these groups may push the stock up as potential exist for the company to latch on with a major distributor..remember they have agreements with IBM and other major retailers offering hands free vendor services

"...You have to realize that most pennt stocks are driven by day traders...."

No need for me to realize this. I am
a hardcore day trader.

"...USA Technologies is an IBM Business Partner...."

I cannot find a single document which verifies
this claim by USTT. Business partner, tell me
how much revenue has been generated through
their claimed partnership with IBM? Would
you mind presenting a document issued by
USTT which verifies this IBM deal?

"...and other major retailers...."

These major retailers are whom and what
reports do you hold showing revenue data?

"...i obtained reports written by barrons and money...."

So provide those reports to readers. Do you
have a reason to not provide those reports?

Your comments on this serious fall in price
of USTT over the past three days are what?

Your comments on what appears to be dilution
of value by USTT itself, are what?
