But I guess sometimes you have to be, to learn..

So... I see this stock WCOEQ.. I check it out and I think to myself, WOW! It's sooo low. I should buy it! So I check it out, and I find out that WorldComm is comming out of bankruptcy in February so I get all excited and think to myself, this stock is going to skyrocket!

So I buy 1250 shares of it.

My investor calls me and says.. "I mean this in the most respectable way I can say it, but.. what are you doing?"

Yeah, so, little did I know that WCOEQ was the "dead" and cancelled stock. I took a 20 dollar loss on it (heh), and then of course, another 21.95 for the comission.

This.. just 3 months after buying FRTE (luckily I bought it almost at the bottom, thinking it would go up from that point).

Now, I know the difference between Pump and Dump. Luckily for me, I've only lost ~$150 bucks on these dumb stocks.

So what are some GOOD penny stocks that you guys would recommend, not BS stuff.. but something tangible, and realistic like ADSX? (I'm not suggesting you buy ADSX, but it has high volume and looks like a good company). To me, ADSX is a LOOOOOOOONG term investment (like 10 years! hah).

Anything similar? A small penny stock company that IS really worth something, and not something lame like FRTE that's fake?

Thanks,

Don't feel bad --i tried FRTE when it first came out and took 9% loss--losses are a fact of lif unless you have blue chip stocks-- those never go down and nobody ever short sells them. Where do you find these wonderfuls stocks? Find the most expensive broker you can and he will spend several minutes on the phone with you explaining how that's all he is interested in doing business in.LOL If you want pennies that make money start looking into CLSI and PRVH-- there are some other profitable co's out there--you need to come up with search and screen plan.
PS-- Joe Gibbs sold out pontiac--I root for Roush!

Thanks glassman!

Hell yeah, Roush Racing. GM, and Ford are both on a major redesign. The Japanese auto manufacturers have JUST released all their latest and greatest. They don't really have anything too signifigant on the drawing board. But, GM and Ford, between now and late 2006, you will see nearly every GM car either redone, or replaced. (Same with Ford).

Pontiac is completely re-doing it's entire line (for the better). The Grand Am is getting replaced, they have a 2 seat sports car comming out in late 2005, the GTO is now available.

The Ford F-150 is now built off the F-250 platform, and now they're redoing the 250 platform... the new Mustang...

The Japanese car companies are in for something else! It's about time the big 2 (and maybe three) made a comeback.

Hi Glassman. VRMD is a great stock if you want to hold for a few months. The price is around .06 right now (A bargain IMHO). They are a foreward looking company with powerful leadership and big upside potential. Duffy, the CEO, used to be one of the best traders and knows how to look out for the shareholders. VRMD just completed a 40% dividend split in January. Notice I said "dividend" this forces any naked shorts to re-purchase 7 shares for every 5 shorted. If you do ANY research I think you will find this a real buy. April, this year, VRMD will increase its value by $7,500,00. Also they are setting up to jump to AMEX, bypassing OTCCBB, (which is almost unheard of for a pink). There will be a name change and new cusip # forcing more shorts to cover. Take a look, I think you'll like.
Another one for the radar is VNTB, which has shown some volume this week and is starting bo climb.

MACD--You are probably right--some opinions from people i respect back you--i don't trade pinks--not cuz they are bad or anythig i just set my own limits and stay with them evenifit means i lose oppurtunity-LBTT is one i would look into if i was into pinks as well--

Hah! Glassman, decipline in this business is paramount!! when I first started, I read everything I could, got all the advice I could, watched some pro's for awhile, and everyone said the same thing. STAY AWAY FROM PINKS!!! So, being the sharp, clear-thinking individual I am, I immediatly bought stock in a pink--and lost my money. Took about three months to get back in the game.
Anyway, good luck in your trades and it I spot something better suited to your needs, I will post.

My human broker thinks anything below $10 is a penny--. I can hear them wrinkling their nose when i place orders. opened my account with them before PC was even in homes not biz's. Started Scottrading middle last year- much better --but not datryader yet--just swing --soon daytrading-
