not sure if this is good or bad...I called ibiz and asked them how the pre-orders are going.....the rep was a nervous wreck and would not answer any questions....my opinion, if they sold a lot of these he would tell me right away....but he just said that "they have sold quite a few"

i have invested in this company....i would just like them to grow so there is more than one tech company out there (microsoft)

So if you have time and some guts...call them and flat out ask them how many they have sold...see what reaction you get

Some email I sent to ibiz on January 17 with
no response.

Like Texan Ross Perot, "Big Hat, No Cattle."

This is an Okie reference to a person who
wears a big cowboy hat, brags a lot about
his ranch, but has no cattle.

Otherwords, all media blitz, no substance.

(Jan 17 email:)

In recent company sponsored news, you state,

"Even before CES, we began accumulating a back log of orders...."

"Today we have accumulated a substantial backlog from various retailers...."

"...that number grows daily."

"...web sales for the Virtual keyboard continue to grow.

"...we received more pre-orders...."

If you don't mind, would you send hard data to support
your statements? Hard data would be actual single unit
sale order count based on confirmed committed sales
contracts. This is actual sales which have returned
revenue, not "possible" sales with no revenue return.

I would like a written statement from your company on
this before sharing a profile of your company with other
potential investors. My reputation is one of providing
factually based profiles, and avoidance of media hype.

You have cited a "confidentiality" need as to retailer
and customer names. However, this would not preclude
a statement from your company on recorded actual sales
of single units, sans purchaser names.

Another question is have you, your advertising agency,
or others associated with your company, hired persons
to promote your company at various internet sites, such
as chat rooms, message boards or investor discussion groups?
Otherwords are there any persons, who "appear" to not be
associated with your company, being paid to promote
your company or stock anywhere on the internet?

Who is currently managing sales of common stock and
what qualifications does this person hold to do so?

>From your SEC filings:

"IBIZ incurred a net loss of $362,871 for the fiscal
year ended October 31, 2002 period, and a net loss of
$492,652 for the six month ended April 30, 2002. At
April 30, 2003, IBIZ had an accumulated deficit of
$855,523. This raises substantial doubt about IBIZ's
ability to continue as a going concern."

What comments would you share about your "going concern"
statement? Has your current media efforts, which appear
to be expensive, yielded more returns in sales than
the cost of your media efforts?

Best regards,

Kiralynne Schilitubi
