NICE PICK. UP 42.31% TODAY, MOVING 4,640,700 SHARES . HEY, GOT MY ATTENTION.

A LITTLE NEWS I PICKED UP....

IPVoice Communications, Inc. (OTCBB:IPVO) (www.ipvoice.com) today
released a letter to shareholders in conjunction with recent financial
filings and merger and acquisition announcements. The letter has been
included in this press release and will be posted on the Company's web
site.

Dear Fellow Shareholders:

Many of you are new since my last letter in May. Since that time
the number of shareholders has nearly doubled. For those of you that
are new shareholders, this letter is one of several periodic and
ongoing correspondences intended to keep you well informed about our
progress.

IPVoice is a six-year-old company that just over one year ago
launched a plan to reinvent itself. In the first six months of 2002,
the Company had no revenue, few prospects for revenue and the only
existing shareholders were those marooned with IPVO stock in the
fallout of the Dot Com bubble burst. Since then the Company has posted
four consecutive profitable quarters and booked over $2 million in
revenue. Wall Street took notice of our progress in April of this
year. After less than four million shares being traded in all of the
1st quarter, IPVO traded 11 million shares in April and has maintained
a monthly average trading volume of nearly six million since April.
This liquidity in the marketplace is important in building a
shareholder base and in building the company.

Much of IPVoice's effort over the past year has been dedicated to
overcoming the challenges inherited from a Dot Com legacy. Many of
those challenges have now been put behind us. On Monday we announced
terms to acquire Infotel, a profitable telecommunications technology
systems integration company in Singapore with current operations very
similar to IPVoice's operations here in North America. With over $6
million in revenue and an in-house software product that complements
IPVoice's existing product line, the Infotel acquisition will be a
landmark event in IPVoice's twelve-month-old effort to reinvent
itself.

Shortly, IPVoice will release the first in a number of significant
announcements regarding the Company's efforts to build a leading IP
Centrex offering. IDC reports that hosted IP Centrex revenues will
reach $281 million this year and grow exponentially to $6.7 billion by
2007.

Our core operation is now profitable and sustainable. Accordingly,
we have been able to minimize dilution by only accessing capital as
needed to take advantage of new market opportunities and to expand and
strengthen our product offerings. IPVoice's primary efforts today are
concentrated on revenue growth from new market penetration while
continuing to make balance sheet improvements from quarter to quarter.

Over the last three months our price per share has ranged from
$0.13 to $0.22. Taking into account our issued and outstanding during
that same time frame, IPVO has been valued by the market at a price to
sales ratio of 1.5 to 2 times revenue. The public market at large has
generally established a 1.5 to 2 times revenue valuation for the Voice
Over IP industry. This includes an increase in the issued and
outstanding shares resulting from both the acquisition of Infotel and
the IP Centrex projects to be announced shortly, the new price to
sales ratio will be approximately 0.3 times revenue. There is
significant room for capital appreciation should the market again
value IPVO at the previous price to sales industry standard of 1.5 to
2 times revenue.

Nevertheless, the Over The Counter Bulletin Board market can be
volatile and unpredictable. While we are working diligently to improve
the revenue and earnings per share, the market may not initially react
as anticipated. Regardless of the market's immediate reaction to our
most recent and yet to be announced efforts, we are confident these
efforts will generate income and balance sheet enhancements that
improve IPVoice's long-term value to shareholders. We are proactively
communicating to the public market place in an effort to ensure the
shareholder benefits of our recent and imminent accomplishments are
heard broadly and understood clearly.

On behalf of everyone working here at IPVoice, I thank you all
once again for your ongoing interest in our efforts. We will all
continue in our endeavors to win your confidence and support in the
long-term.

Best Regards,
Philip Verges
CEO and Chairman

DALLAS, Aug 28, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- IPVoice Communications, Inc. (IPVO)(www.ipvoice.com) today announced entering into a definitive agreement to acquire a 51% interest in IP Global Voice, Inc., headquartered in San Francisco. The deal includes a $5 million capital commitment, a $500,000 note, warrants and a stock swap. IP Global Voice is led by CEO Peter Geddis, a former Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Qwest Communications (Q).

"IP Global Voice brings the intellectual property, industry experience, and client relationships to make a significant entry into the rapidly expanding IP Centrex market place and, more importantly, to make our combined companies' plan to penetrate the IP Centrex market a standout success," states Philip Verges, CEO and Chairman of IPVoice. Mr. Verges explains further, "the research firm, IDC, puts 2003 hosted IP Centrex revenue at $281 million and projects $6.7 billion by 2007. The IP Centrex technology delivers an inherent communication savings to clients. This creates a dilemma for large incumbent telecom companies -- reduced sales or outdated communication services. IP Centrex, already a proven technology, is ideally positioned in a growing market place with built in barriers to incumbent telecom entry. IP Global Voice is an IP Centrex services provider, breaking new ground with rock solid, proven technology, offering customers high value and poised for breakout growth and long-term success."

Mr. Geddis brings over 25 years experience building growth and profitability for leading companies and smaller firms. He has CEO and COO experience with a strong entrepreneurial background and strategic knowledge in information systems, IP, optical and local networks. In addition to experience at Qwest, Mr. Geddis has held executive positions at PacTel Spectrum Services, British Telecom, and GTE Sprint.

Dean Gardner, Chairman of IP Global Voice, is an experienced CEO and Venture Capitalist, taking leadership roles in over 15 companies in the past decade. Mr. Gardner is currently the Managing Director of Crossover Capital and the Chairman and Founder of Digital Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm.

IPVoice Communications Inc Featured In Wall Street Reporter.com Interview; CEO Verges Discusses Company`s Rapid Growth and Acquisition Strategy

December 17, 2003 12:24:00 (ET)

DALLAS, Dec 17, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- IPVoice Communications, Inc. (IPVO, Trade) today announced that its CEO, Philip Verges, was interviewed by Wall Street Reporter. The direct link to the IPVoice Communications interview is http://www.******************.com/profiles/IPVoice.html and will be available through December 24.

Verges was interviewed by senior analyst Todd Santorelli on the rapid growth exhibited by IPVoice Communications over the past year. The interview highlighted the companies' revenues increasing from about $1 million in 2002 to $3 million in 2003, with the company booking five consecutive profitable quarters. With two recent acquisitions, the company sees a minimum of $8 million revenue for 2004, with revenue being substantially higher when new contracts and acquisitions are taken into account. The company's business plan of growing revenues organically and through strategic and synergistic acquisitions accretive to earnings was discussed. Recent management additions of communications and technology veterans also were detailed.

About IPVoice Communications Inc.

IPVoice is a six-year-old company that has reported as a research and development concern for most of its history. Just over one year ago, IPVoice launched a business plan to reinvent itself. Since then the Company has posted five consecutive profitable quarters and has booked over $2 million in revenue. The Company is actively acquiring early-stage proprietary technology companies and financially-distressed systems integration companies in specific global markets. In addition to the Infotel acquisition which brought the IPVoice annualized revenue rate from $2 million to over $7 million, IPVoice recently announced the acquisition of IP Global Voice, an early stage emerging technology company led by CEO Peter Geddis, a former Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Qwest Communications (Q, Trade). IPVoice plans to acquire additional companies similar to Infotel and IP Global Voice.

This press release contains statements (such as projections regarding future performance) that are forward-looking statements as defined in the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. Actual results may differ materially from those projected as a result of certain risks and uncertainties, including but not limited to the risks inherent in the integration of Infotel Technologies into IPVoice Communications, Inc business, the ability of IPVoice to restore and stabilize the client base of Infotel and re-establish relationships with key suppliers, the development and market acceptance of the products and services of the combined companies, demand for the telecommunication and other products and related services, domestic and foreign government spending, budgetary and trade policies, economic and political changes in the domestic and international markets where the Company competes, successful deployment of advanced technologies, competitive product and pricing pressures as well as other risks and uncertainties, including but not limited to those detailed from time to time in the Company's filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Please don't post the entire news article on this board. Simply summarize the news or send a link, but thanks for your replies as they do help.

Anyhow, my position on this stock is very BULLish. I believe the stock will go ‘way’ above $1.00 (I honestly think this stock will hit 2-3.50). I recently bought 114,000 shares of this company so my actions are very aggressive. I want to buy more shares but I need to balance my financial statements before I do so.

Why I believe the stock will hit over $1.00...

1. The company will (NOT MAYBE, BUT WILL) acquire more companies, please read the following link for more details on this http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/031119/195484_1.html

2. The company is in the hottest market - IP over Voice. If anyone's read the past four weeks of the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Furthermore, and Money, then 'they' will notice the overwhelming topics of IPVoice (aka VOIP) and how the technology will change how you and I will communicate with one another.

3. The company is a steady company with solid leadership.

4. The company is under valued. At 44 cents, it’s a steal!

Good luck to everyone!

See you guys at 2.00

Also, Marry Christmas and a happy New Year!

"Playing The Closing Bell"

My article directly addresses IPVO stock.

It is a good practice to skim through all

with topic titles like,

"This Is HOT, BUY! BUY! BUY!"

There are those here interested in discussing
all aspects of the stock market, rather than
a specific stock, with unrealistic topics.

A lot is to be learned by reading a variety

Purl Gurl, what are you talking about???

If you’re saying to do your research, then I totally agree! But if you’re trying to accuse the people in 'this' message board are trying to pump up IPVO, then you have some explaining to do. This is a solid company, real news, real management, and no-message boards on yahoo (that’s because the company is a ‘over the counter’ stock). The company is making a name for itself. Just read their press release from the past month to the present.

Tasharruf, this is still a good stock to get at 0.80 cents. I believe this stock will hit 2.50 - 3.00. The stock may deep down a little (like all other stocks) but you’ll differently see this stock go up higher. This company doesn't go a week or two without announcing good/positive/productive news. It always has news to give. The stock is way undervalued and IP over Voice is the hottest market in the Telco field. But before you buy, please do your own research. Check the company out, visit their website, and read the news articles from the past week and or month. .

Enjoy, and please remember not to post an entire article as no one wants to read a book on a message board.
