Pre-natal multi-vitamins are a critical source of nutrients for pregnant women.
Healthcare providers usually advise women to take prenatal multi-vitamin supplements prior to, during, and after pregnancy (postpartum). However, upon taking that advice, many pregnant women struggle with taking the supplement and battle adverse effects such as constipation or other discomforts.
