It's been tough ....But we have not fogotten and WILL NOT give up .

The problem was simple ... Ameritrade sold shares that were " restricted " and not able to be sold . They are the broker and we are the client { it was their error to sell restricted shares } that were restricted and not for trading .

DO NOT GIVE UP ! { that is what Ameritrade is counting on } . We now need to stick together and group our efforts while seeking others who were harmed financially and create media attention .

This situation is of the most impacting nature . The wrongful shorting of our accounts was against the rules and regulations of trading securities . It is clear that Ameritrade's actions were also criminal when they " took by force " shares they did not have a right to take to help shore up the amount of shares required to send back to the TA .

Since Ameritrade sold restricted shares they then realized they lacked the correct amount to send back . They then manipulated the market and put some clients in an illegal short possition while seeing this an oportunity to prey on them for the correct number of shares to send back .

TD-Ameritrade { One of the largest financial corporations in the world } with record breaking profits in Canada and elswhere and one of fortune 500's most profitable has chosen to correct only a small number of clients accounts { re: the wrongful sorting of "paim " shares } on clients accounts . And only for those willing to except the smallest of of amounts .

Many investors { with ameritrade } have contacted us to explain how they have felt intimadated and forced to seatle their accounts caused by Ameritrades error . Forced to except a small partial amount or nothing . Others have much greater financiall loss { due to Ameritrades error } and are completely ignored . We all know the S.E.C. is not regulatory and therefore can not enforce Ameritrade to correct their mistake by correcting clients accounts .

But hold on .....

People are now understanding the need to group together against this giant of a broker . A broker that commited errors by wrongfully shorting client accounts and has atempted to get away with it .

If you have been harmed by the wrongful shorting of " paim " shares in your account contact me now . I and several others are seeking others to group with us in a possible mega class action suite .

Did you hear about the action of A-Trade not letting investors buy PYPR only sell last week. I don't use A-Trade but it is another group you mite want to contact for a larger voice. Just a thought. Good luck
