BizRocket.com, Inc.’s KidzRocket Social Networking Adds Enhanced Internet-Wide Parental Protection for Pre-Teens Toward Inc...

Bizrocket.com (PC) (USOTC:BZRT)
Intraday Stock Chart
Today : Monday 6 June 2011
BizRocket.com, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BZRT) announces today a free add-on for internet-wide parental safety as part of the company’s KidzRocket.com brand.

Just a few short years ago, security industry heavyweights McAfee and Symantec both announced Social Networking Monitoring products. Online.Family.Norton tracks visits to all the most popular Social Networking sites, including Bebo, Facebook, Friendster, hi5, MySpace, myYearbook, Netlog, Orkut, Tagged, Xanga, and Windows Live Spaces. It only monitors logins and the age entered. McAfee released McAfee Family Protection, which sells for $39.95. McAfee Family Protection monitors personal information, as well as profanity and sexually explicit terms posted on social networking sites.

BZRT’s KidsRocket.com currently offers increased protection with a conscious focus on pre-teens and internet wide usage, not restricted to social networking. This attribute is completely free of cost, adding significant value to the company’s pre-teen social networking site, whose parental filter is offered free to users, to be downloaded by parents on the family’s home computer. Additional computers in the household can also be protected for an extra cost, giving KidsRocket.com both inherent value in the complimentary offering and potential for additional revenues with the availability for additional devices.

BZRT CEO, Robert Williams, comments, “Artificial intelligence prevents KidzRocket.com members from using foul language. Our ‘rocket science’ blocks those words with a filter that uses an extensive database of words both 'bad' and questionable that might lead to inappropriate conversation. Parents can easily add words that they find objectionable to the dictionary of banned words, including acronyms. No system is perfect, but the KidzRocket team is ever vigilant for new words and codes to add to the dictionary.”

He continues, “Pre-Teen Social Networking is an increasingly profitable industry and one that our execs are focused on developing in line with current trends and staying ahead of the game in terms of industry evolution. I think we’re well poised with current developments toward an acquisition by a major as opposed to competing directly.” Recently, Disney purchased pre-teen social networking site, Club Penguin, in a $700 million dollar deal, shortly after Sony came out with discussions toward a $400 million acquisition of the site, which included pre-teen interaction via personalized penguin avatars, games, discussions, exploration and more.

Kidzrocket.com, called a FBL-facebook-like, provides a fun virtual character website for pre-teens allowing for all kid-peer needs: chatting and video-chatting with friends, personalizing pages, uploading and sharing of photos and videos. The parent can access a report documenting which websites their pre-teen has attempted to visit when on the Internet, while at the same time controlling the buddies and friends their kids want to communicate with when socializing on KidzRocket.com.

Williams adds, “Parents know exactly what's going on while their children have fun with friends online. The optional and free cutting edge KidzRocket WebFilter curtails the pre-teen's search for online sex content. From the website platform to the sign up process, safeguards are in place to ensure the kids are communicating only with pre-approved friends and buddies on KidzRocket.com and visiting only pre-approved Internet sites and categories when the KidzRocket WebFilter is parent activated.”

About KidzRocket.com

KidzRocket.com was invented to meet our national challenge to help protect children from Internet predators, cyberbullies, and various inappropriate contact. KidzRocket.com complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act – FTC (COPPA). KidzRocket.com is a subsidiary of BizRocket.com, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BZRT)
