This company is going through a small downturn in stock price due to one of its 5% Mutual Fund holders selling shares on the market due to shareholder redemption. That has depressed the PPS quite a bit because the retail holders have not been able to fully absorb the shares coming onto the market. Overall, there should be about a million shares coming into the market from the mutual fund.
If you join in and pick up some of the shares coming out from the mutual fund, you can expect to pay .50-.65 and then look to sell around a dollar in the near future. The company has just restructured their sales team and is looking to build out their medical products team and import team.
