Evans Systems Unveils Plan for Annual Revenue to Exceed $7 Million

Child Watch Network to Begin Digital Signage Deployment at 1,000 Retail Locations Nationwide

ASHEVILLE, NC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/31/07 -- Child Watch Network, a division of Evans Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EVSY), is poised to implement an aggressive installation plan which will result in placing more than one thousand Child Watch Network screens in retail venues across the nation. The Child Watch Network will provide numerous advertising opportunities in retail outlets together with instantaneous updates on missing children alerts.

Projections are based upon six paying advertisers at a rate of $100 per month per ad on each of the 1,000 locations. The advertising stream can manage as many as fifteen spaces per venue, which means this model utilizes only 40% of the network's capabilities. States Gary Musselman, CFO, Evans Systems, "Making use of this revenue model will create a more than 40% gross profit to the Evans shareholders, while at the same time providing significant operating capital for Child Watch to further enhance the search for missing and endangered children."

"One of the most challenging obstacles for Child Watch has been consistent income to pay for the search for missing children. Child Watch was built on the foundation that services are rendered at no charge to the parents and families. The creation of Child Watch Network enables Child Watch and families searching for their children to embrace a more dependable future. The monthly revenue from the Child Watch Network will allow Child Watch to implement cutting edge resources and technology in our search," states Don Wood, president of Child Watch of North America.

Frank Moody, Chairman and CEO of Evans Systems, stated, "It is rare when a business opportunity comes along that allows commercial industry and philanthropic entities to work together to create a product that benefits all parties involved. The relationship with Child Watch and the creation of the Child Watch Network has allowed us to accomplish this. Our goal in moving forward will increase public awareness in this ever-growing blight on our nation. We are currently in negotiations with numerous national retailers and look forward to naming those relationships in the very near future."

About Evans:

Evans Systems, Inc. is an emerging out of home new media advertising company operating the Child Watch Network. CWN delivers time sensitive missing children information while providing a dynamic digital signage network for advertisers to reach on-the-go consumers with a targeted effective medium.

Evans Systems, Inc. Acquires Rights to Market and Sell the Boondoggle Sports Network Internationally

ASHEVILLE, NC -- (MARKETWIRE) -- 06/07/07 -- Evans Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EVSY) has purchased the rights to sell the Boondoggle Sports Network (BSN) on the international market from HumWare Media Corporation (PINKSHEETS: HMWM). The Company has agreed to pay approximately 3.1 million shares of restricted common stock, which gives Evans Systems the exclusive right to market and sell the Boondoggle Sports Network outside North America. The Company expects to market the BSN to a growing number of countries with increasingly large sports audiences.

"We are encouraged that the Company has acquired the right to sell the Boondoggle Sports Network internationally. We believe that Evans Systems has the international marketing and sales experience internationally to significantly expand the Boondoggle Sports Network."
