IRVINE, Calif., May 10, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ --
DynTek, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DYNK), a leading provider of professional technology services, announced today that Bishop Gorman High School, based in Las Vegas, Nevada, has awarded the company a $1.1 million contract for technology solutions.

Bishop Gorman, the only Catholic high school in Las Vegas, has been providing quality Catholic education to the Las Vegas area for close to 50 years in its present location. The Bishop Gorman Development Corporation is building a new state-of-the-art campus in the southwest part of the Las Vegas Valley in the community of Summerlin.

"The technological aspect of the new campus is extremely exciting because of the range of possibilities it affords us in terms of creativity in our teaching methods. From science experiments to graphic arts, our students will have hands on experience with technology they will use in college," said Virginia Cunningham, Associate Head of School for Academics at Bishop Gorman High School.

Through a competitive bid process, Bishop Gorman selected DynTek to deliver an IT communications infrastructure for their newly constructed campus, including the wired and wireless network, voice-over-IP system, servers, PCs, UPS systems and Microsoft applications. DynTek will provide procurement, design, pilot/test, implementation, and training services for the entire solution.

"DynTek demonstrated a keen understanding of the K-12 market and were able to effectively work with us on education discount programs to help us extend our budget and meet our needs," said Cunningham.

"DynTek's ability to serve as a single source for a broad spectrum of technology solutions provides our clients with convenience, continuity of service and quality assurance, said Dan Minella, DynTek's district sales manager. "We feel strongly about serving the education sector, because the benefits go far beyond business and help provide a better learning environment for our local community."
