Looked a little could not find much. Did not find anything on the two companys they are buying out. Someone in the company belives in it if they are buying stock other than that its hard to say. Anything dealing with that part of the world is tricky right now! The two buyout companys are in china and info from that part of the world is tough to come by. They file regularly which is good. Here are some links.Try to confirm the buyout. i think that this isnt going to go anywhere RIGHT NOW but in a little bit it will because of the news that they sent out on october 16 that is encouraging news
