ECCI is to overladen with debt for my taste.
WEGI a much better pick with sound numbers
(a rareity in pennyland)in the same sector.

Debt has no matter on what happens with these stocks..Even though NLST reported some debt, they have opened a number of different places thus far this year...... ECCI and NLST will run this hurricane season.... If you're lookin' for a play this hurricane season these are the two......GL, DJ

NLST files 10SB and SB-2 enroute to getting listed as a bulletin board stock and ultimately Nasdaq. NLST opened 6 more locations since 3/5/05.
