Just did a 10:1 foward split. Share price went from $1.4 to .14 or so. Lots of but volume after the split but share price holding steady at .15 . "Dog the Bounty Hunter" endorsing product on PR. Can't get any info re: debt vs. assets, revenue, and all that good stuff. Anyone have the scoop, satas, etc. on this one?

Here is the news from a little later in July that really shows me this one has a lot of room to start growing again..
WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif., Jul 31, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Powerlock International Corp. (Pink Sheets: PWLK) is pleased to announce an agreement with AAMCO National Dealers Association signed early this morning. Mike Ganjei, president of the National Dealers Association for AAMCO Corp. and Powerlock executives agreed to a three-year structured deal to implement Powerlock's anti-theft devices and the Wheel Safe(R) product line into the automotive centers independently owned and operated nationwide by members of the National AAMCO Dealers Association.
Powerlock International Corp. ( www.powerlock.com ) will start distribution in 47 AAMCO stores in the greater Los Angeles area with the intention to expand into additional metropolitan markets, including New York, by the end of 2007. Los Angeles and New York are the two largest car theft markets in the United States.
Last week, Powerlock International Corp. secured celebrity Dog The Bounty Hunter, the star of A&E's No. 1 rated reality television show, as spokesperson for Powerlock's anti-theft device and Wheel Safe(R) product line. Dog filmed a 30-second video news release which will begin running in the Los Angeles area within the next few weeks.
