Two things, here.

One, I see there are no recent posts on the FAQ thread. Is anybody out there currently playing FOREX?

Two, I've been using a practice account for at account with CMSFX because I figured the dollar was due for a correction vs. the Euro. That nickel last week came a lot quicker than I expected and I missed the move, having just funded the account yesterday.

I'm figuring on a short to medium term bounce for the Euro, but long term I'm betting there is another .25 at least move for the dollar.

Anybody have thoughts?

I've been in the game for a little while now. I really like using Oanda FXtrade. I tried Forex .com, and a couple of others, and Oanda has been the best in my opinion.

Last week I enjoyed a 55% portfolio increase by longing GBP/USD from 1.8530-1.8560 as a base and selling 3/4 at 1.87. I'm still in 1/4 position, but may exit the trade today.

I also supplemented the trade with two others: Shorting EUR/GBP and USD/CAD.

Everything went my way on the correction following the 61.8 fib levels +/- 50 pips.

But I'm expecting the correction to run out of steam this week, and will go back to longing the dollar.

Take care.
