Spoken like a true MM. Their balance sheet is a disaster (40:1 in debt). No revenue to speak of, no float, and their stats all in the negative. No thanks, not interested...

mmmhhh yep, was true, some weeks ago... but now, with their 70M up-to-date DB, and the new deal starting to run, I would tend to agree with the previous poster: instead of 40:1 it could become 1:40 in a few months... it all depends on the business, but the sector performs very well and key people are very well in their roles, so...
