Dept of Energy is about useless. i don't think we'd even miss it.
however, getting rid of Dept of Commerce would be a big mistake...
they run the Coast Guard... They Run the National weather service- yo know those guys who tell us when we are going to get hurricane? Or a Tornado? sheesh....
how about getting rid of homeland security? that's the one that cost US all these new dollars we are wracking up in debt....
the FBI could take over all the homeland security, the ATF, and the DEA work.. so get rid of DEA and ATF too....

I love how everyone is all over Perry for his stump. I mean I am not a fan of perry and it was hard to watch. However, Obama has great moments like these caught on tape...there are many of them.

Still nowhere near the ungodly amount of gaffes perpetrated by GW on the world. GW set the bar exceedingly high with his gaffe count, lest you forget. Perry can't hold GW's jockstrap in that department!

he's got alotof moeny behind him... i'd really be discouraged if he became the next Pres. T

It would be almost impossible for *ANYBODY* to beat Dub-yah on stoopid chit that actually emerged from a human mouth. You'd have to go back to that kid on the banjo, in "Deliverance," except the kid never ever really said anything, and Dub-Yah can't *play" anything, except Daddy's influential friends...and the truth of that is, they played him like a sock-puppet.
That being said? You saw close to the real Rick Perry during the "two out of three ain't bad" debate-response.
Listen, I live in Texas.
Given my history, I think most people here know my regard for the truth.
True this: We are *not* better off under Rick Perry.
At best, we're treading water...and it's got nothing to do with Perry that we're this good'a shape.
Think of it this way: How could YOU take over as Governor of the second-largest state in the Union...and leave it so high and dry?
