As of right now, prop 26 (personhood at fertilization) is going no 60% to 40%...

i have to say i didn't expect that... we areo nly about 50% counted so far, but they have declared the Governor race over on the same numbers....


We also had a vote on whether to amned the State Constitution on Eminent domain. We have voted 70%+ NOT allow the Govt to take land from one private entity to give to another!

We have also voted 60-40 to Require voters to present legit ID's...

i beleive this is the current state of rational conservatism... the TParty should take note. The loudmouths are not nearly as "correct" as they want to be... almost nobody came out and said publicly that they'd vote no on 26... all the candidates loudly supported it... the only "no on 26" signs were homemade and they were rare... TV commercials saying no on 26? almost non-existent, i saw one and saw at least a hundred vote yes commercials....
