I hope she doesnt run for President, too bad Romney is a stiff bore like Al Gore.

She is clueless, but I am going to give her the benefit of the doubt on this one that it was just a slip of the tongue.

I wonder if she even realizes what kind of scrutiny her speeches will be given if she does put in a bid for Pres? She has her followers but she is known to spout erroneous information and make the strangest goof ball statements. Even her friendly press will be looking for whoopsies to point out. I don't think she is strong enough to withstand the pressure. And if she can't handle the press how the hell is she gonna handle Kim Jong Il, Ahmadenijad, or even just a Sarkozy?

Big...she couldn't even handle finishing her term as Governor of Alaska for crying out loud! She is a proven quitter and needs to just shut-up an go away. She's like the Paris Hilton of politics.

I am not saying that is not a possibility because she could very well think that, then again what if she did make an honest slip?

considering how many honset slips she's made? i see a pattern..

as to Obama, i beleive he has a law degree from Harvard or Yale or Princeton , i forget which... what is Palins degree? a 6 year journalism degree? or was it 8 years, and i think it's from Wyoming...

Palin at the helm she would know where to send the troops. I could just see it now Plain sending 5 divisions to help support N.K. after all we have a treaty with them. And when she finds out what a dumb fool she is.Palin could call it an invasion.

During today's Glenn Beck radio show Sarah had to be corrected by the host on the current hostilities between the two Koreas.

CO-HOST: How would you handle a situation like the one that just developed in North Korea? [...]

PALIN: But obviously, we’ve got to stand with our North Korean allies. We’re bound to by treaty –

CO-HOST: South Korean.

PALIN: Eh, Yeah. And we’re also bound by prudence to stand with our South Korean allies, yes.

A slip of the tongue? Maybe, maybe not. But in John Heilemann & Mark Halperin's Game Change there was this telling point which suggests otherwise.

She knew nothing. She had to be taken through World War I, World War II, the Cold War, and Palin was not aware there was a difference between North and South Korea. She continued to insist that Iraq was behind 9/11; and when her son was being sent off to Iraq, she couldn’t describe who we were fighting.

She continued to insist that Iraq was behind 9/11;

during the '04 presidential campaign? this was what made me "return" to serious political discourse.

i had sworn it off years earlier in my teens, because my family had been deeply involved in Nixon's campaigns, so deeply that my dad was much higher up the food chain then Rummy and Cheney were at the time, and yeah Cheney worked for Rummy back those days not vice-versa, they were peons...

watergate sucked for us, and then as i got older and began to actually learn about Libertarianism, whihc i practice in life, (as opposed to Conservatism) i realised Nixon was not a Libertarain cuz he created the DEA and implemented the Controlled Substances Act without any form of Constitutional Authority whatsoever...

i foolishly beleived that Liberals would eventually redact that unConstitutional law... butthey have no intention of redacting it eitehr.. they are both the same- they just want mopar..

in any case? when i read the Senate Intel report ONLINE in July of '04 and saw that Iraq was not involved in 9-11 and that the Intel was not only pure fiction, but that it was known to be pure fiction by the State Dept even when Collin Powell was tesifying at the UN, i realised that i was not going to be a GOP for awhile, that my days of voting stright GOP were over forever. The fact that i relaised that 70% of American Voters could not be bothered to read the Senate report and that most of those people when confronted with the report would call me liar and an idiot? I decided that i had to get involved in politics because it was the right thing to do....

To this day Bush has admitted that he tortured prisoners and gave the order himself. He refuses to admit that he had conflicting intel from differnt sources that the Iraqi WMD intel had been PROVEN to be unreliable before we entered Iraq, and he still says it was the right thing to... We were even atttacked (under Bush) by bio-weapons right here in the US and never traced the source of the Anthrax, even tho we know it came from US stockpiles, and people still supported Bush and Cheney? politics is simply insanity, but you ignore it at your peril....

Palin is nowhere near the level of a Condi Rice or Hillary Clinton.

In a reasonable world, it wouldn't even be a question.

Even with the prospect of Sarah becoming the first woman president...Women wouldn
t vote for her....women have a 6th sense for spotting Airhead-bimbos, and wouldn't want one to be elected Leader of the World!!!

Condi Rice....

Now there is an interesting option if you ask me.

I am firmly in the Obama camp but I sure would be interested to see what she said and how she campaigned.
