My company did so about a year ago. Not because they got hurt but our lawyers did checks on everyone and about five or six came back with phony paperwork.. Poof they were gone. Yes in this case it sure seemed like an easy way out for the company considering the situation.. But wholly legal if you stop to think. Guy shoulda never been there to start with. [/QB][/QUOTE]
