Can it really be true that that the "old man" actually believes dubya went to war to eliminate his very own favorite charity recipient of terror weapons and funds from "our" treasury?

Ok. Wait.

Now I see.

dubya inherited abject arrogance and abject stupidity. It's genetic.

Do they think life would be better in the Middle East if Saddam were still there," the elder Bush, who almost never comments on his son's presidency, said in a rare interview.

i wonder if the Panamanians are any happier with Manuel gone?

when he did that i was annoyed. i felt as tho he set a precedent at the time, but nobody seemed upset about it...

Think??????

Hell, it ain't exactly a mind boggling exercise to realize that the middle east is now in the worst shape it has seen since Laurance was there and will remain at least that bad for many years to come. The whole world will suffer for decades what dubya has wrought with his idiots approach to constructing a secretive and disguised empire.

Miss the old days when the CIA did a behind the scenes secret war by manipulation and political assassinations... cost less in american soldiers lives and tax payers money imo... plus our reputation was a little better because not everything could always be proven about our involvement...

rumors were that HAL was a CIA front( and i believe them), but somehow Cheney and the CIA just don't mix...
i've never found the reason in specific, but it seems to be well documented since the invasion of Afghanistan.
