I'm wondering if it would be possible to have a couple of threads at the top of the forums, ie: Micro Penny Stocks and Day Traders, that were 'sticky', ie didn't disappear.

One would be for the 'reverse split' notifications which are currently in a very small forum of their own, another for 'shell filled' notices. Maybe one for 'p&d' warnings?

There may be other topics that would be good for stickies too, those are the most obvious 3 I can think of.

If this is possible it would be way easier to keep up with splits and other stuff rather than having to go to a separate forum.
