I will start off with Q. October calls look nice on this one. I bought some 12.50 calls at .10 and .15 about a month ago, and we are sitting at .20 today. PPS is only at $10, so there is room to make a nice return here. Additionally, they are part of the governments' 20 billion dollar+ telecom grouping to receive revamping contracts. PPS moves slowly, but I haven't seen much of a retrace.
