I have two quick questions about stock warrants:

First, does anyone know of any site that lists publicly traded stock warrants?

And second, if the warrant is currently being traded and is exercisable, other than the current pps being below the exercize price+warrant price; why wouldn't someone simply buy up whatever was available and exercize them?
