Anyone having problems with them lately since they changed their platform?

I'm holding one stock that I bought at 11.58... the stock closed at 11.44 today... but Choicetrade shows it at closing price of 10.61... I brought this up to their attention but it's still not fixed.. anyone else have this problem or others?

Yep, same deal here Mach...I have been having issues with my realtime pinksheet quotes and level II's as well...Last few days I have been getting a message saying "realtime session interrupted" then any pinksheet stock I am watching will have N/A where the quote normally is...Only way to get them updated again is to completely log out and re-launch my ChoiceStreamer again...
Only seems to happen with pinksheet quotes though... [Confused]

Call up and complain... the more of us that do so the more they will address these issues... I don't like coming home and seeing that I supposedly have a 50% or more loss on a stock when I don't because they can't get their prices right...

this sh*t is driving me crazy... over the weekend Choicetrades' platform was out of commission.. it is back up but the problem is still there... inaccurate closing prices on stocks...

Well, how about that?

Nice reply, Mr/Ms Choicetrade.

Appreciate the effort...

Yah, well tell me why a stock I am holding right now closed at 9.40 per share but your system shows it at closing of 8.59 and essentially giving me a loss on paper on my account. This is getting ridiculous. I am thinking of switching to another broker. I have steered dozens and dozens of people to your brokerage in the past 2 or 3 years. This really isn't acceptable when money is involved. In my opinion your new platform looks rather primitive to the previous one you had. I wish your company would go back to the previous one.

I was also having the same issue as Machiavelli in regards to stocks I own and their closing price being wrong since the launch of the new platform (it wasn't a major problem for me), but everything seems to have worked itself out today at least. Everything fully updated with their current prices.

One thing I miss is the Profits & Loss section in the old platform. Always liked that section!

Nevertheless, I'm happy with the new platform and will continue to recommend the site to others!

Our previous platform used to reflect the price on the position page as the last trade price. This generally also corresponded to the price used by our clearing firm to calculate the account values overnight based on the 4:00 PM ET closing price. Since there are many stocks, especially pink sheet stocks that trade very infrequently, seeing a price that reflects the last trade price would prompt customers to question why they would see that price when the bid or ask were quite different during a given trading day.

When our new platform was introduced, a change was made to make the price on the position page read the bid price if the position was long, or the offer price if the position was short. Intraday, this better represented the likely price a customer could exit their position and addressed the concerns of those that took issue with the last price presentation.

Unfortunately, as the markets close, many bid and ask spreads are widened dramatically by the market makers before closing down for the evening. That is why the prices seemed so far off.

After reviewing customer comments and concerns, it was deemed appropriate to revert back to the last trade price – This change was implemented yesterday.

Regarding the profit and loss page, we have recently updated the position page to reflect unrealized and realized profit and loss, however, we are in the process of adding a separate realized profit and loss page. It will likely be rolled out within the next two weeks.

We thank you all for your continued support!

I am still having issues with my real time and level II quotes for pink sheet listed stocks...I am constantly getting a message stating "real time session interrupted" then every Pinksheet stock I am watching with ChoiceStreamer will go blank and have N/A where the quote normally is...My Level II's will also display no Bid or Ask and the time and sales screen will go to a delayed mode...I have no issues with OTC and Nazdaq listed stocks...Why does this only seem to happen with Pinksheets???I like having my account, level II's and streamer with one broker but this is starting to be a real inconvenience...

Dear Happy Valley,

There are several reasons why this may occur and all may be worked through. Please call us and we will resolve.

Thank you.

I don't know if it has anything to do with the new platform but since the new platform came to be the execution speed of trades has been slower... causing "slippage"... I tried to sell a stock at market of 7.00 & I was filled at 6.924... I wasn't too happy about that one even though I did make a profit... but lost out on an additional .08 per share profit...

Dear Machiavelli,

Doing a little investigation, we have found the order that you are referring to. You placed your market order to sell at 3:58:50 PM. At the time the market was trading at 6.94 bid / 6.95 ask. Your order was executed at 3:58:52 PM at a price of 6.942. You can see this by reviewing the details of your order and comparing it to time and sales for your security.

When you place your order it is sent instantaneously to the market center. In the case of your order, it was executed by the market maker within 2 seconds. Additionally, the speed of your order handling was not at all affected by the fact that it was placed within two minutes of market close. (Market volume is at its peak just after the open and just before the close.)

We are receptive to criticism and will work to enhance a users’ experience. It is our job to get your order to the market center and, if we believe an order received a poor execution price, we will fight for our customers. In this instance, your order was appropriately handled.

The vast majority of our customers have provided sincere and positive feedback. The critique that we do receive is taken very seriously and looked at with an eye toward addressing any and all concerns. It is disturbing that messages such as this are left in a public forum because we believe it is disingenuous. A more productive way to handle a matter such as this would be to call us and let us discuss all the facts with you. We have only your best interest at heart and we are here for you.

Thank you.

This is one thing that annoys me about Choicetrade:

Error Page
Sorry, Invalid Amount. Must be an integer.

Oh yeah. Choicetrade is the only broker I have where you can't put in an order at like .025 or something on some small stocks. Drives me nuts too Mach.

But it does it to me on bigger stocks ... like last night i was trying to put a order in for $4.00 and it keeps giving me those messages... they need to go back to their old platform... never had a problem with the old one..
