I thought this would be a nice way to see what some of the fundamentals that people look at in the sub-pennies prior to purchaseing them. Such as Share structure, Finacial background, Revese split history, etc.
I was just wondering it would be nice to know.
Thanks in advance [Smile]

sub-pennies,

pennies, whatever...

no fundies.

Well, you hit on one: reverse history

e.g., leave Raven Moon alone, unless you have expert guidance in flipping it.

I like to plug in the names of the CEO, CFO all the people associated in google and use keywords like - fraud, bankruptcy, evasion, lawsuit and whatever else passes through my mind.
Mostly it depends on the charts to see if there is a chance to be able to get in and get out easily. If it's getting diluted like crazy you could find yourself stuck and flip out for even or a loss. ADCS has some interesting fundamentals - massive share structure, heavy dilution, out going ceo won't go, lawsuits and I'm still working on the google side. Stay away from the hype and make your own decisions. Who cares what they are producing if they have no chance or even any indication of ability - and then whatever they do produce will be eaten up by their debt. In todays market the big boards are cheap enough now you could easily stay away from these subs and make good money with some decent picks.

Yea I have been looking at a couple that pay out quarterly cash dividends of 9% and up right now its getting hammered cause its in the home lending industry but I think if it makes it through these trying times it could be a $30 stock right now trading $8.50 range MSW
