Hello:

Here we are in the middle of August with a big dip in the stock market.. looks like a good time to drop extra money in mutual funds if this is really a low.

Given the current volatility of this past weeks, what would you look for to have a good guess that this drop is over and everything is looking a bit more bullish and stable? A week of higher highs and higher lows for the DOW? That plus Bloomberg experts saying all is looking better?
