I'm sick of Scottrade not letting me decide what to do with my own money and repetitive down-times. How do they expect me to trade when I can't get on the site at peak hours? And how do they expect me to get in at the right time when I have to CALL and sit on hold for 10 min just to talk to someone? Just for my "security" because "This stock cannot be purchased without calling your local broker." It's complete BS.

Anyone have any suggestions that DON'T require me to call in to purchase pink sheets/BB's?

I read LowTrades.com from someone, but what out there is better? Something with good quotes, low rates, and at the same time good server uptime and allows me to buy without calling.

Thanks.

LowTrades in one account and Choicetrade for the other seems to be an effective combo for several members...

although, if I remember correctly, both clear through Penson--which is a downside to me, personally. I kept Scottie for streamers and *because* they're rigid, but also have Choicetrade, which allows stop-limit orders...

may do lowtrades next, or may go with Interactive...

btw, there's threads here discussing this question. You can use your "search" function on this forum.

Thanks, I think I will keep Scottrade for the tools and use ChoiceTrade to execute the trades.

I apologize for not searching first. I always forget it's there because most forums have a search bar just sitting right there. Sorry.
