This tool should tell the person exactly what to buy, when to buy and then of course when to sell. If possible the tool could notify you by cell phone if you happen to be away from your computer screen when the stock is climbing and is in the sell mode.

any software that you use for big board stocks you can use penny stocks imo... but the best investment imo is reading a book on trading and understanding how or why these softwares tell you why they buy, sell etc.. :
