I put a limit order in at .165 for 5k for wwei and right when I put it in NITE showed up at .165 on the bid side of the L2, then when I cancelled my order NITE went away to a lower number. Isn't nite a different person than me or am I wrong?

NITE is a market maker. I can't recall offhand who all uses them, but I know Choicetrade does at times. You can play with L2s this way, be it with NITE or another MM. It just means that's who your order was routed through.

Nite likes to hold them down.

Any one of those MMs will dilute but the main one that dilutes 95% of the time is RBCM. This MM use to be CLYP.
