I'm a little frustrated with the whole restricted share thing, so if someone knows what I need to do I would appreciate it: I have the JPHC shares prior to the merger, now they mad some more changes like the R/S of the shares, but I still have the JPHC shares that don't seem to be converted. I want to know what I'm suppose to do to get the shares changed over to PAVC. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

i called my broker and they told me the shares would be taken care of. just a little slow i guess. the new shares will be restricted anyway so you won't be able to do anything with them.

That's what Ameritrade said too, but in the PR from the Transfering Agent they stated that you need to ask your broker to run everything some how that I am not familuar with, I've never had to do anything like this before. Thanks for the reply, I guess I'll wait.
