This Company seems to be doing well according to most of its news except this one: Medical Nutrition USA Warrants Expire. Can anyone explain this one to me?

The old ticker symbol was MDNUZ.OB. This is no longer valid though. The company still has a valid website (it seems). http://sev.prnewswire.com/biotechnology/20060419/NYW17219042006-1.html

warrants are just like options. owning a warrant gives you the right to buy more of the underlying security (usually the common stock of the company) at a specified price. they generally have expirations just like options too.
