I have been looking for a provider for Level 2 quotes but cannot find one who is independent. I use scottrade so I am just looking for a L2 service for like $10-20$/month. Any suggestions would be great. TIA

Ameritrade apparently does it for around 10 a month. I was lookin' at their site earlier.
