I own some shares of Federal Mogul (yes I bought them below .50). Fed Mog is currently renegotiating its chapter 11 filing, as far as I understand. To get to the point...

Is this a good thing? Will I get an equal value of what my shares are? As I understand, a warrant gives my new shares when the company re-organizes.

Do other people make out when they are issued warrants?
