If i am wishing to take my company public in order to raise capital how would i go about or what would be the best place to find information about costs and timelines on this?

thanks looks like a good site. i just need to figure out how to get financing with little or no money. anyone here own or has worked for a company that quickly went public after completing the business plan

while you're at it, google "quizno"+stock to see how to take your company private when the time comes- it's all the rage nowadays!! they tried to shaft their stkhldrs and the judge said oh no- not $8/sh, you gotta pay $35 !!! hahaha
