I keep seeing references to l2s What is this?
also along with B&A I see 5000x5000 what is that about? Obviousely I am a newbie but I am learning as I go. Thanks for any help you may give.

l2(level 2) is a more detailed quote. It shows all the market makers bids and asks. You can see who wants to buy or sell a stock and at what price.
