Does anyone here have experience getting in on IPO's?
A company I'm interested in, Boise Cascade, was going to have an IPO a couple weeks ago and cancelled it. They have not announced a new date yet.
Would I be able to purchase something like that online or would It have to be a "broker assisted" trade? Can I even do it thru my own broker? I'm currently with Scottrade.
Any input would be appreciated, thanks.

Email scottrade and ask them. I would think if you have the ticker symbol you can place it in your streaming screen and trade it from there.
