How can I find out what stock just starts trading?

You might also go to:

www.otcbbtrader.com

It's a good site for info plus if you scroll down the left side, you will find under ("Daily Changes"), "Security Additions". Hope it helps.

Advice: read books on trading before actually trading any stocks... self educate yourself..
