What is the best online company to buy OTC stocks? I just signed up at Scottrade but I can't buy stocks online (have to call broker) to buy stocks like QBID, QANT or MOBL. Is that like that with all companies? Please advise.

Can you place orders on stocks that are under $0.10 at ameritrade?

It is not like that at all brokers, I use Freetrade and Ameritrade as my brokers and I would recommend Freetrade as a broker but I must warn you you have to open it up with atleast 5K. I could not even imagine calling my broker everytime I place a trade. Best of Luck

I like etrade - Start with $1000, but you have to wait 7 days before you can trade anything under $5 after you first sign up. But then you trade freely online.
0-8 trades in a quarter - $23/ trade
9- ? - 12.99 per trade
after you hit somplace around 30-40 trades in a quarter it changes to $9.99 trade.

the day numbers maybe off a little but basically the more you trade the cheaper it gets.

use Choicetrade.com .... no minimum's to open account, $5 commissions on equities (that includes stocks under .10 per share), can do all your trading online instead of calling the broker, .99 cents for options, praised by Barron's etc.. etc.. etc... i don't see Ameritrade, Etrade or other brokers matching that... other then that I have to say you do not sound like you have any trading experience or know much about trading so before you jump head first into the market self educate yourself on trading... and i suggest swingtrading over daytrading to get your feet wet so to speak.. book suggestions below..

Thank you everyone. I do have trading experience. Just not in the microcap area.

oh my bad.. thought u didnt have any experience because you stated you just signed up with scottrade so i thought u just started trading.. anyways only advice i can give on microcaps is just dabble in it and definetly do not put all your bankroll into them.. do your own DD and dont buy on "tips" unless the stock meets your criteria.. i prefer swingtrading in the $1 to $1.50 range...
