Well, so I did my research and decided that the best online broker for myself would be choicetrade. I started the signup process and it turns out they can't do business in my state. (North Dakota) This is really a bummer, I was all set. Now I'm not sure which one I should go with, everyone seemed to be really happy with choicetrade. I was thinking maybe ameritrade or scottrade, or someting like that. If you could please post experience with other brokers or post some suggestions, I would be very much obliged.

not in N. Dakota? thats very odd.. did you talk to someone on the phone at Choicetrade? if not you should give them a call before giving up on them.. as for Scottrade.. dont bother they are horrible with fee's and such... only good fee they have is the $7 market orders... all other fee's from them suck especially for pennies.. as for Ameritrade there fee's are a little up there compared to Choicetrade.com ... but there good otherwise.. my only suggestion is call Choicetrade first and if it is still so that they cant sign u up because ur in N. Dakota then give lowtrades.com a try... hgpe this helps...
